What a fabulous day we had on Friday in Montgomery! A huge thank you to the chaperones who were able to join us!
The students learned more about the Montgomery Bus Boycott at the Rosa Parks Museum, saw where the executive branch of Alabama operates in the state capitol, enjoyed lunch on a riverboat, saw where the legislative branch of Alabama meets in the state house, learned more about Montgomery with a brief drive through town including a look at the governor's mansion and thanks to Justice Jim Main, got to sit in the seats where Alabama's supreme court justices sit.
