Lighting a Lightbulb
One of my favorite lessons every year involves a wire, a battery, a lightbulb and virtually no instructions while students work to make a lightbulb light up. The students are anxious and excited. They quickly get frustrated, but as soon as perseverance wins out, the sense of accomplishment erases all frustration and pride takes over. I'm so proud of these kiddos!
