For the last couple of days, the students have been designing their dream houses and determining the cost of the flooring. Students were given the freedom to design their homes however they would like to, then they were given different options of tile, carpet and wood with different prices for each option. Students also had to determine the cost of the floorboards in each room. I believe the students quickly realized that paying for homes, even just the flooring can be very expensive!
